An American F-16 fighter jet intercepted this Sunday a civilian aircraft that violated a "temporary flight restriction" in the airspace over Palm Beach, in the state of Florida, where the presidential residence of Mar-a-Lago is located, confirmed the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
The plane entered the restricted airspace at 9:20 a.m. (local time). The NORAD fighter approached the plane to get the pilot's attention and escorted it out of the area "safely".
