New York.– The electrical service of the Grand Central station was restored on the night of this Thursday, after a partial blackout left several areas of the iconic building without power for about 30 minutes.
The outage occurred around 8:30 p.m. and caused five people to be trapped in an elevator, while numerous passengers had to use their phone flashlights to move around inside the terminal.
According to a publication by Secret NYC, the power was restored without major setbacks, although the causes of the failure have not yet been clarified.
