On Saturday afternoon, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ocean Paradise project took place, officially marking the start of construction of one of the most promising real estate and tourism proposals in the Dominican Republic, strategically located in the Uvero Alto area, east of the country.
The event took place in a pleasant and formal atmosphere, filled with a vision of the future, and brought together prominent entrepreneurs, investors, municipal authorities, brokers, real estate agents, members of the national and international press, as well as guests from different regions of the country and abroad.

Among the personalities present, the participation of the mayor of the municipal district Verón–Punta Cana, Ramón Antonio Ramírez (Manolito), stood out; the councilor Wagner Encarnación; the businessman José Tolosa Sanchís; Arnoldo Morales; Andrea, CEO of Playa Palmera; relatives of the developer Manny Ventura, as well as investors and representatives of the real estate sector. During the event, a key moment was experienced that evidenced the confidence in the project, with the immediate sale of 22 apartment units, reaffirming the high interest that Ocean Paradise has aroused since its launch. Ocean Paradise was born as a country brand project, conceived under the concept of a luxury condohotel, being the only development in the area that combines beachfront with direct views of the sea and mountains, a differentiating value that positions it as a unique investment within the real estate market.
