Santo Domingo. - The famous, Wilkin García Peguero, better known as Mantequilla, is once again in the public eye, after once again scamming citizens using an investment scheme similar to the one that led him to prison a few years ago.
After his sentence, Mantequilla would have resumed his operation, this time under the name Dinero 3.0, managing to attract new clients with promises of quick returns and "changes" in his financial method.
The victims stated that they handed over large sums of money without receiving the promised benefits, and are now seeking to initiate legal action.
