KLEVERPLAST produces meshes made with virgin raw material and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a non-toxic material used in sectors such as agriculture, aquaculture, and the tobacco industry. The products incorporate UV stabilizers and original masterbatch, which helps to prolong their lifespan and reduce the frequency of replacement. The meshes exhibit high resistance to sun exposure, harsh climates, and marine environments characteristic of the Caribbean, which also makes them an effective tool for the management and control of sargassum, a phenomenon that recurrently impacts the coastal areas of the region. Among the manufactured products are multi-purpose plastic meshes, mosquito nets, orange safety nets and Saran (Raschel) meshes, intended for applications in agriculture, construction, aquaculture and the tobacco industry. Local production capacity allows for continuous deliveries and quality controls at each stage of the process, as well as contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact associated with the international transport of materials. With this initiative, KLEVERPLAST seeks to strengthen the national manufacturing industry and offer technical alternatives for productive sectors, under criteria of efficiency and environmental responsibility
