Santo Domingo.- The prices of gasoline, diesel, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the most consumed by the population, will remain unchanged during the week of August 23 to 29, 2025, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipymes (MICM) reported this Friday.
The measure was made possible thanks to the allocation of a subsidy of 120.5 million pesos, aimed at containing increases in international prices. With this contribution, the Government will be subsidizing LPG at 7.78 pesos per gallon; regular diesel at 8.16 pesos; optimal diesel at 5.97 pesos and regular gasoline at 0.02 pesos.

In that sense, premium gasoline will continue to be sold at 290.10 pesos per gallon, while regular will remain at 272.50 pesos.
Regular diesel will maintain its price of 224.80 pesos per gallon and premium at 242.10 pesos. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will continue at 137.20 pesos per gallon, while natural gas remains at 43.97 pesos per cubic meter. Instead, some derivatives registered slight variations:- Jet fuel will be sold at 187.21 pesos per gallon, an increase of 0.88 pesos.
- Kerosene will rise to 217.90 pesos, equivalent to 0.80 pesos more.
