National Police arrests man accused of homicide in Constanza

Constanza.-Members of the Regional Sub-Directorate of Investigation (DICRIM) of the National Police arrested the Haitian national Dossous Jnnocent (a) “Rasta”, identified as the alleged responsible for a homicide that occurred in the municipality of Constanza.

The arrest was carried out in compliance with a court order, for alleged violation of article 295 of the Dominican Penal Code, which typifies voluntary homicide, to the detriment of the deceased Andrea Loseisa. At the time of his arrest, the accused was found with a wallet containing identification documents linked to the victim, as part of the evidence collected during the investigative process. The detainee will be brought before the authorities, while the National Police continues to strengthen investigative efforts to ensure the clarification of the facts.
