The National Police, through its Central Intelligence Directorate (DINTEL), dismantled a structure that was operating clandestinely, allegedly dedicated to cyber scams, during an operation carried out on Konrad Adenauer Avenue, in Santo Domingo Norte, where 25 people were arrested.
The intervention, carried out jointly with the Public Ministry, was carried out in compliance with search warrant No. 2026-AJ0031799, following intelligence work that showed the irregular operation of the establishment, which did not have a commercial registry or legal authorization to operate.
During the operation, 23 laptops, 33 mobile phones, 21 headphones, 27 chargers, 20 mouse-type devices, two whiteboards, a Starlink Mesh Wi-Fi satellite router (model UTR-211), and two additional routers were seized, equipment allegedly used for the execution of illicit activities in the digital environment.

The detainees and the evidence were placed under the control of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal purposes, while the National Police expands the investigations in order to determine the full scope of the network and possible additional connections.
