Seguros Reservas opens new office in Barahona

Santo Domingo. - Seguros Reservas opens the doors of its new office in Barahona, reaffirming its commitment to provide solutions to the needs of the insured in a timely manner, contributing to regional development and the strengthening of the national productive fabric.

The new facility, located on the third level of Plaza Zull, on Calle Luis E. del Monte, will provide services from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The spaces that have been designed with a focus on user comfort will allow residents of the province to access a wide portfolio of products and services.
During the inauguration ceremony, Nelson Arroyo, executive vice president of the company, highlighted the importance of this new service point as part of the company's expansion and continuous improvement strategy, “We are deeply grateful to be here today in the so-called Pearl of the South, a land of natural wealth, history and hardworking people, to formally inaugurate this new Seguros Reservas office in this province. Barahona is a strategic axis for the present and future of the Dominican Republic. This office not only becomes another point of attention; it represents the firm intention to be closer and closer to our clients, to understand their local realities and to accompany them with reliable insurance solutions adaptable to their needs”.
The ceremony was blessed by the Reverend Father Ángel Manuel Cuevas, of the Cathedral Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Barahona.
With this opening, Seguros Reservas reflects its continuous commitment to innovation, customer service and the sustainable development of the communities in which it opens its doors and starts its operations.

This credit rating agency is the largest in the world specializing in the insurance industry. The evaluation that they have carried out on Seguros Reservas reflects the strength of its balance sheet, which AM Best values as the strongest, as well as its strong operating performance, neutral business profile and appropriate comprehensive risk management (ERM).
The strength of Seguros Reservas' balance sheet is supported by its risk-adjusted capitalization at the strongest level, based on the Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR).
The ratings also reflect its strong operating performance, driven by consistent profitability, which comes from a diversified business portfolio, as well as contained underwriting leverage, and the company's affiliation with Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana, Banco de Servicios Múltiples (Banco de Reservas), the largest bank in the Dominican Republic, as its parent company.
