SAMANÁ. – The recent rains recorded in the community of El Valle have highlighted the difficulties faced by this locality, where asphalt work on streets and the construction of a bridge have been carried out for years.
The work, which is being carried out by the contracting company Malespín, is progressing slowly, a situation that keeps residents and community members worried, who have waited for decades to see their roads paved and better access conditions.
The rainfall has caused mud, deterioration, and complications for the transit of vehicles and pedestrians, reflecting the need to expedite the work and complete a project considered vital for the development of the community.
The combination of beaches, rivers, and mountains makes El Valle one of the most attractive and unique destinations in the Northeast region. However, the difficulties of road accessibility continue to limit its community, tourism, and real estate development at the pace that many believe it should be advancing.
