Spain.- A 21-year-old trans woman has reported being the victim of a violent group assault in the early hours of last Saturday in a pub in La Bañeza (León). The victim, Bianca Lizbeth Fernández, current Miss Trans Zamora 2024, claims she was attacked at two different times by several people, first inside the venue and later outside, in an episode that is already under investigation by the Civil Guard.
According to her testimony, the events unfolded when she tried to access the women's restroom of the establishment before leaving. At that moment, a group of girls began to berate her, demanding that she use the men's restroom. The young woman's refusal led to an escalation of tension that resulted in transphobic insults and, shortly after, a physical assault.
According to Fernández's account, one of the women present grabbed her hair and began to assault her, shouting "fucking tranny," to which other people joined in. The violence continued inside the bathroom of the establishment, where the young woman was beaten by several attackers until she managed to take refuge in one of the cubicles.

The victim has stated that during those moments she did not receive help and that the situation became especially distressing. After remaining protected for a few moments, she decided to leave the bathroom and exit the establishment with the intention of leaving the place.
However, the aggression didn't end there. Upon leaving the pub, Fernández claims she encountered a larger group, of between eight and ten people, who attacked her again. According to her complaint, she was surrounded and repeatedly beaten, receiving kicks and a bottle to the head.
