New York. - The President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, supported this Wednesday the proposal of Canada and the United States for greater financial support in the face of a new intervention in Haiti.
This, after stating that Kenya's mission has not been sufficient to control the violence in this country sponsored by gangs.
"The only way out for Haiti is a coherent and sustained international action that will pave the way for democracy," the president pointed out.
He clarified that gangs have been classified as terrorist groups with whom there can be no negotiation.
