Jary Ramírez apologizes for negative comments about La Perversa's son

Santo Domingo, DR.- The communicator and entertainment commentator Jary Ramírez offered a public apology to the urban artist La Perversa, after making comments about her youngest son during a live broadcast through his official Instagram account.

“I recognize that it was a very strong moment. I had three bottles of wine in my system. To err is human; there are things that should not be taken personally and I took it personally, I recognize it. I can say anything to her, but her son has nothing to do with it. I recognize it, that makes you bigger when you admit you failed”, expressed the communicator.

Ramírez indicated that upon reviewing the recording, he identified his behavior as inappropriate, and directly apologized to La Perversa, referring to her role as a mother and the involvement of her minor son in the conflict. "I know I failed. When I saw the video calmly, I said: 'That's not me.' I had never done a live broadcast like that, drunk, and I had three bottles of wine," said Jary. In his apologies, he acknowledged that after the incident he received calls from people close to him, who made him come to his senses, so later, when he watched the video carefully, he immediately understood that his behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate because it involved a lady and a minor. "I apologize to La Perversa: first as a woman, second as a mother, and third for her son. I acknowledge that I failed. I can say anything to her, but in this case, I offended her son," he added. The incident arose during a live broadcast of the program "Vive el Espectáculo" when Ramírez commented that La Perversa did not greet him at an activity, which led to him not greeting her either. Later, both of them met at local festivals where the artist used the microphone to make an indirect allusion to the communicator, where she claimed that "he was not at her level to even respond to her". During that same night, Ramírez responded in another live broadcast on his Instagram account with comments about the social origin and education of the artist, as well as referring to her youngest son. "That chick, it's true what she said, we're not on the same level. She's a lowlife, she lives on that side, in a slum, and I'm in the upper class of the city. She's illiterate, not even a high school graduate, a woman who doesn't even know who the father of her child is, a bastard child," she stated at that moment. Jary's statements sparked reactions on social media, where it was questioned that a public figure made comments related to a minor. After his apologies, many have valued his attitude, assuring that it was the fairest and most reasonable thing to do, to apologize publicly.
