GlobalSuite Solutions and Viewnext, a subsidiary of IBM, sign an agreement to promote risk management

Madrid. - GlobalSuite Solutions, a multinational technology company expert in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, and Viewnext, an IBM subsidiary dedicated to technology consulting and digital transformation services, announce that they have formalized a strategic alliance. Under this agreement, Viewnext will incorporate the GlobalSuite® platform into its product and service offerings, with the aim of strengthening its proposal in terms of risk management, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. Collaboration arises in a context where companies face increasing regulatory complexity and the need to accelerate their digital transformation. The alliance will make it possible to offer integrated solutions that combine Viewnext's technological experience with GlobalSuite Solutions' advanced automation and artificial intelligence capabilities, facilitating a more agile, efficient management aligned with the best international practices.

Thanks to this collaboration, Viewnext clients will be able to directly benefit from GlobalSuite Solutions' GRC solutions, accessing advanced tools for risk management, compliance, and business continuity. The global GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) market was valued at approximately $49.2 billion in 2024, and is expected to reach $127.7 billion by 2033, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.18% during the period 2025-2033, according to data from a recent study by IMARC Group.
