Global Concordia Forum will be held this month in Punta Cana

Concordia, in collaboration with the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana), announced the realization of the Concordia Horizon Summit 2026: Dominican Republic, a high-level global forum that will take place from February 18 to 20, 2026 in Punta Cana, and that will bring together leaders from the public, private and civil society sectors to address the main challenges of the global and regional agenda.

The meeting will feature the participation of prominent national and international leaders, including the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader; the United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Leah Campos; United States Congressman Adriano Espaillat; the Vice President of the Republic of Guatemala, Karin Herrera Aguilar; the Ambassador of Panama to the Organization of American States (OAS), Ana Irene Delgado; the Minister of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Costa Rica, Manuel Tovar; the CEO and co-founder of Paystand, Jeremy Almond; the CEO of ProMujer, Carmen Correa; and former Major League Baseball player and civic leader Nelson Cruz, among other regional and global references.

During the three days of the event, the conversations will revolve around two central axes: Economy and Global Trade, and Democracy, Security and Geopolitical Risk. The agenda will address topics such as global supply chains, investment in emerging markets, institutional stability, resilience to global risks and the impact of disinformation on democratic systems.
