Abinader highlights Sirena's opening in San Juan as a boost for the southern economy

There, he highlighted that the opening of this new establishment constitutes a significant boost for the economy of the south, by promoting job creation, strengthening competition, and contributing to better prices for consumers. The president stated that this establishment is integrated into the relaunching process that the province of San Juan is experiencing, accompanied by initiatives to strengthen tourism and agricultural development through productive diversification, which will allow for the expansion of economic opportunities and the consolidation of a favorable environment for investment. He valued the expansion of the renowned brand and the Ramos family's commitment to the country's development, noting that since the beginning of his administration, the company has been encouraged to extend its operations to this area.

He recalled that the company's expansion had already yielded positive results with the opening in Barahona and expressed his confidence that this new store will also be successful, while pointing out that the arrival of large companies boosts local commerce, as everyone wins when the economy multiplies and improves, generating well-being for the entire region. In tourism matters, the president informed that the Corral de los Indios project is in the design phase and that work is being done with the Academy of History to ensure that the proposal is as faithful as possible to historical reality. This work is projected as a complementary offer that will contribute to attracting visitors and boosting the growth of the area. During the visit, President Abinader toured the establishment's facilities, where he was able to learn firsthand about its operation and the range of services available.
