Santo Domingo.- The Public Ministry described as weak and disorganized the arguments presented by the defense of former prosecutor Jean Alain Rodríguez against the evidence filed against him in the administrative corruption case called Medusa. The director of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca), Mirna Ortiz, stated that the defense has spent three days presenting incidents without order, which, as she explained, makes it difficult for the court to clearly identify their claims. She indicated that the judges granted a deadline until Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. for the lawyers to organize their strategy and present their arguments in a structured manner.
