National District City Hall will pay funeral honors to Carlos Batista Matos

Santo Domingo.– The City Council of the National District, along with the Council of Councilors, will pay funeral honors to the outstanding communicator Carlos Batista Matos, who also served as a councilor in this demarcation during the period 2010-2016.

The solemn act will take place this Thursday, April 16th at 10:00 in the morning at the Municipal Palace, where municipal authorities, councilors, directors, and various personalities will say their final farewell through honor guards in recognition of their career and contributions. Carlos Batista Matos built a solid career in the media, establishing himself as one of the most influential figures in entertainment and show business reporting in the Dominican Republic. With this tribute, the capital council honors not only his legacy as a communicator, but also his public service and commitment to the city of Santo Domingo.
