According to versions offered by family members, the young woman was involved in an altercation with police officers, during which she was hit by a firearm projectile in the cranial region. The medical report indicates that she presents a severe traumatic brain injury, of the open and penetrating type, accompanied by a left frontal fracture, multiple cerebral contusions, and a subdural hematoma. Given the severity of the condition, she underwent emergency surgery that included a decompressive craniotomy and hematoma evacuation. Currently, she remains admitted to the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, under mechanical ventilation and with specialized monitoring.

According to reports, the patient arrived at the health center in critical condition, with a low level of consciousness and signs of respiratory distress, which required immediate intubation.
