Santo Domingo.– Under strict military surveillance and custody, several briefcases containing the files and documentary evidence of Operation Cobra were transferred this Thursday to the Hearing Room of the Second Collegiate Tribunal, where coercive measures will be known to those involved in the alleged fraud scheme related to the use of codes and medical insurance from SeNaSa. In the midst of the movement, lawyer Leandro Benítez, legal representative of the ECA Medical Center and Dr. Emanuel Chiwoki, explained the reason for his presence at the hearing.

"We are plaintiffs in favor of the ECA Advanced Medical Center and Dr. Emanuel Xiwoki against Rafael Martínez Hazim. Today we come so that justice determines what corresponds within this process," he pointed out.

Benítez detailed that the conflict arises after they formally requested Mr. Rafael Martínez Hazim to hand over the codes and the SeNaSa medical insurance agreed upon under a Joint Venture contract to operate telemedicine services.
