2025 marks a year of consolidation for El Blachy

The year 2025 will be recorded as one of the most transcendental in the artistic career of El Blachy, who reaffirmed his leadership in typical merengue, consolidating himself as a figure of national and international projection. The beginning of the year was impactful as I took on the responsibility of opening Aventura's last concert, a historic performance in which I proudly represented typical merengue before thousands of attendees, receiving an ovation that confirmed my stage presence and popularity.

Subsequently, he shone with his own light at the Soberano Awards 2025, where he was awarded as Merenguero Típico of the Year and, in addition, starred in a memorable performance that became one of the most commented moments of the gala. In the international arena, El Blachy successfully toured the United States, achieving sold-out performances in prestigious venues such as the Ritz Theatre in Elizabeth, New Jersey; the United Palace in New York; the Lynn Memorial Auditorium in Boston; and the Auditorium Theatre in Lynn, Massachusetts. He also participated in the Dominican Festival held in Orlando, Florida, and offered exclusive private yacht concerts at sea off Miami, among other important presentations. His projection continued in the Caribbean with an outstanding performance at the Choliseo in Puerto Rico, where he shared the stage with Elvis Crespo, adding to presentations at relevant festivals in Saint Maarten (Noche Latina) and Saint Thomas. Likewise, he had an outstanding participation in the Heat Awards 2025, held in Medellín, Colombia, where he was also nominated in the category of Best Latin Artist.

For the first time in his career, El Blachy took his music to Europe and, in addition, became the first artist of his genre to perform in Canada, with successful concerts in Montreal and Toronto, reaffirming the global reach of typical merengue.
To this are added important collaborations with artists of different musical genres, strengthening his versatility and managing to connect the merengue from the countryside with new audiences.

On a personal level, 2025 was also marked by significant achievements, such as the acquisition of their home and the emotional gesture of gifting a house to their parents, actions that reflect their human and family growth. In December, he announced a schedule of 55 parties and closed the year with a record of 60 dances, managing to perform up to four presentations in a single day, a feat that confirms his tireless dedication to the public. Without a doubt, 2025 established El Blachy as an undisputed benchmark of typical merengue and as an integral artist who transcends the stages, marking a milestone in the history of the genre.
