Cardi B says Offset is an absent father and does not financially contribute to their three children

The rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, artistically known as Cardi B, lashed out at her ex-husband Offset, accusing him of being an absent father who does not financially contribute to the support of their three children: Kulture, six years old; Wave, two years old; and Blossom, eight months old.

In the latest update on May 30th, the media outlet TMZ reported that Offset had requested spousal support from his ex-partner, and Cardi B's response to the request for said alimony was immediate through a series of posts on X Spaces where she detailed the total cost of the daily life of her three children.

“Do you want to know how much the children's bill is? Start adding it up. My children have their own chauffeur. The children's chauffeur charges 10,000 dollars a month,” said the artist, who adds that Offset has not contributed to paying for Kulture's private school tuition, which amounts to 45,000 dollars, nor Wave's, which is 35,000 dollars.

Also, add that Kulture and Wave's tutoring amounts to $1,000 per week and that her eldest daughter's piano lessons cost $300 per hour and she receives piano lessons three times a week, which amounts to $900 per week.

“I don't know how much the gym and Wave's boxing classes cost, but I pay for them too... My cousin takes care of Wave and Kulture, she earns 3,000 dollars a week,” said Cardi B, and added that Blossom, for her part, has her own nanny who she pays 500 dollars per shift.

Another expense, as indicated, is the personal chef who assists from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and "I pay for it because we don't have time to cook at home," this without calculating the cost of the food.

In that order, it states that she bought the family home on her own and that, in addition, she assumes the total expense of the security personnel in charge of protecting her three children.

The same day as his audio, and after it was made public that Offset had requested spousal support, the rapper posted a series of messages on her X account attacking her former husband: “The only reason this asshole is asking me for support is because I asked him for everything.” She also clarified that Offset does have permission to see his children and has stood them up three times.

It is recalled that, Cardi B announced her third pregnancy on the same day she filed for divorce against Offset, on July 31, 2024. Their relationship was marked by ups and downs since it began in 2017.
