Washington.- The shell casings of the ammunition allegedly used by Taylor Robinson to assassinate the American conservative activist Charlie Kirk contained messages such as 'Hey, fascist' and 'Bella Ciao', authorities reported this Friday.
This was detailed by Utah Governor Spencer Cox in a press conference to offer details on the capture of Robinson, a 22-year-old, accused of having shot Kirk in the neck last Wednesday during an event at Utah Valley University.
According to the governor, the bullet casing that Robinson fired and that took Kirk's life had a message inscribed on it that read 'Notice a lump. OwO What is this?'
In the rifle's magazine, authorities found other unused bullet casings containing messages such as 'Hey, fascist, Catch this!' or 'If you can read this, you're gay hahaha'.
Also 'O bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao', a popular Italian song converted into a partisan anthem of the Italian resistance against Mussolini's fascism and the Nazi occupation during World War II.
According to authorities, a relative of Tyler Robinson was the one who turned him in to the police after he confessed to committing the crime.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we got him. On the night of September 11th, a relative of Tyler Robinson contacted a family friend, who in turn contacted the County Sheriff's Office with information that Robinson had confessed or hinted to them that he had committed the incident," Cox said. Kirk, 31 years old, father of two children and widely known for having founded the conservative organization Turning Point, was a close ally of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who announced that he will posthumously award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian decoration in the country.
