Vatican City.– In a large ceremony held this Sunday in St. Peter's Square, Pope Leo XIV canonized Carlo Acutis (1991-2006), known as the “God's influencer”, becoming the first millennial saint of the Catholic Church.
Acutis, who died in 2006 at the age of 15, gained notoriety for using technology and digital networks to spread the faith among young people, which gave him a unique popularity among the new generations of Catholics.
