El incidente
The police report details that Furcal and another person —the alleged victim— were involved in a traffic situation in which a collision almost occurred. Subsequently, both vehicles were close, and it was then that Furcal, allegedly, began to throw stones and a plastic bottle at the other driver's truck, who remained inside the vehicle.
When the victim got out of the car, Furcal allegedly picked up another stone “the size of a small hand” and threw it directly, causing lacerations despite the fact that the affected person tried to cover himself.
The victim stated that they feared for their life during the incident, and according to the statement, after receiving a blow from the aggressor, Furcal fled the scene.
