Barcelona, Spain – FC Barcelona has officially unveiled its new away kit for the 2025-26 season, in an unprecedented collaboration with Nike and the legacy of the legendary basketball player Kobe Bryant, in a tribute that unites the competitive spirit of football with the iconic “Mamba Mentality”.

Five years after the death of the five-time NBA champion, the Catalan club and the sports brand Nike have launched a design loaded with symbolism, paying tribute to the eternal idol of the Lakers and his unwavering philosophy of work, discipline, and excellence. The jersey stands out for its aesthetic inspired by the colors of the Los Angeles Lakers, with a pale gold tone and purple details, evoking the uniform with which Kobe shone in the NBA. Instead of the classic Nike logo, the chest of the jersey features the Mamba emblem, with the Barça shield accompanied by a jacquard pattern that simulates snakeskin, enveloping the wearer in a symbolic "armor" of strength and perseverance. In addition, the details are made with textured silicone materials, also with snake motifs, reinforcing the visual identity of this special edition. The set is completed with black shorts and socks, all with the Mamba logo as a distinctive element.
