Lawrence, Massachusetts.— The city's mayor of Lawrence, Brian De Peña, recognized journalist Stephanie Hilario Soto through a proclamation, for her commitment and contributions to the responsible practice of journalism, as well as for her performance in Dominican media.
During the event, the mayor highlighted the academic preparation, professional ethics, and versatility of Hilario Soto, who has developed a career spanning print media, television, and digital media, establishing himself as one of the outstanding young professionals in Dominican journalism.

"Your trajectory and dedication to journalism, leadership, and the dedication to preparing a life to serve, that really catches my attention and that's why we wanted to give you a proclamation on behalf of the city of Lawrence and its residents, urging you to always continue putting your heart into the people", expressed Mayor Brian De Peña.
Stephanie Hilario Soto holds a degree in Social Communication from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo (UCSD), a master's degree in Digital Marketing from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), a specialization in Account Executive from The Atomic Garden, and studies in Broadcasting and Master of Ceremonies at the Escuela Nacional de Locución Profesor Otto Rivera. Currently, he works as a journalist at Diario Libre, where he covers the agenda of President Luis Abinader in the afternoon. Her professional career includes her work as a news anchor at Su Mundo TV and as a journalist at Noticentro, Channel 13, experiences that strengthened her training in audiovisual media. In addition to her journalistic work, Hilario Soto has ventured as a presenter, master of ceremonies, model, host, and producer of her own digital space, "Acceso VIP", expanding her reach within the communication ecosystem. The proclamation, promoted by councilor Gregory del Rosario, highlights her commitment, constant preparation, and vocation for communication, qualities that have positioned her as an outstanding professional within contemporary Dominican journalism.
