Santo Domingo.– The President of the Chamber of Deputies, Alfredo Pacheco, congratulated La Casa de Alofoke 2 after achieving a historic Guinness Record for the longest live broadcast in the world (Longest Live Stream – Video), with 916 uninterrupted hours, far surpassing the previous record of 624 hours, set in China in 2022.

In a message broadcast on its official platforms, Pacheco highlighted that this achievement represents “the determination and discipline of Dominican talent”, and stressed that the project has become an example of overcoming for thousands of young people.

“Congratulations to @casaalofoke for their Guinness Record with #LaCasaDeAlofoke2. Stories like yours and those of so many Dominicans who come from the bottom and were underestimated demonstrate that when you work with discipline and vision, you can break limits,” expressed the legislator.

Pacheco added that, beyond international recognition, what is truly significant is the impact that initiatives like this generate in society.

A Historic Record for the Dominican Republic

The record was confirmed by Susana Reyes, official adjudicator of Guinness World Records, who explained that the process required exhaustive verifications, constant supervision, and strict adherence to the organization's rules. The broadcast, made from La Casa de Alofoke 2, had independent witnesses, continuous technical review, a permanent audience with a required minimum of viewers, and an international team overseeing every detail from London and America. The project's founder, Santiago Matías, celebrated the achievement with tears, highlighting that it is a collective triumph:

“This is a record for the Dominican Republic and for all of you who are there.”

With this milestone, the Dominican Republic is once again placed on the world map, demonstrating the creative strength of its digital industry and the growth of its content platforms.
