Dicrim La Vega is actively seeking a fugitive from justice

La Vega.– The Regional Sub-Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Dicrim), of the National Police, reported that it is actively pursuing the location and capture of Juan Carlos Rodríguez Capellán, Dominican, 42 years of age, known by the nickname “El Culu”, who is listed as a fugitive from justice.

According to the authorities, Rodríguez Capellán has an arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0084933, for the alleged violation of the provisions of article 309 of the Dominican Penal Code, to the detriment of the citizen Ángel Julián Castro García, in an event that occurred on December 10, 2025, in the city of La Vega. The wanted person is of Dominican nationality, holder of identity card No. 047-0173969-2, and resides in this province. The Dicrim urges citizens to collaborate with the authorities by offering any information that may contribute to their location, by calling 829-713-7483. Likewise, it warns that the individual is considered a dangerous person, so it is recommended not to try to confront him and to notify the authorities immediately.
