Expo Emprende 2025 returns with more innovation and strategic alliances

Santo Domingo.– The Expo Emprende EnPro entrepreneurship fair announced its second edition for October 25 and 26 at the Hotel Hispaniola, with a more robust agenda, new institutional alliances, and proposals that seek to strengthen the country's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event was led by its founder and CEO, Elizabeth Vargas (Ely Vargas), who highlighted that this edition will bring together more than 87 brands and expects to receive around a thousand visitors per day.

“Expo Emprende is more than a fair, it is a movement that drives Dominican talent and its international projection. We come with learning opportunities, innovation and experiences that will set a precedent in local entrepreneurship”, he pointed out.

Among the new features is the Entrepreneurial Challenge, a reality show in which participants will compete in mentoring sessions, exposure processes, and brand development. The winners will receive academic scholarships and intellectual property registrations as part of the prizes. You can also read: The agenda includes keynote conferences, thematic panels such as Women Pro and Community Leaders, as well as academic forums in partnership with UASD, Promipyme and other entities. Recreation spaces such as the Garden Food Truck Zone and the Health & Wellness area will also be enabled, while the event will close with an After Party focused on networking. Among the institutional allies are the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI), the Faculty of Marketing of UASD, the Dominican Association of Women Entrepreneurs (ADME), as well as private companies and personalities from the entrepreneurial sector. The event's co-founder, Rogel Mercado, assured that Expo Emprende seeks to contribute to the country's vision: "We want to transcend and leave our mark on the life of each entrepreneur, inspiring growth, collaboration, and confidence in the future."
