First baby of 2026 will be named William Adolfo Beltré Luis

Santo Domingo.- At the first hours of January 1st, 2026, the first baby of the year 2026 was born in the Dominican Republic, an event that symbolically marks the beginning of the new year. The newborn will be named William Adolfo Beltré Luis, weighing 7 pounds and arrived in the world in good health at San Lorenzo de Los Mina.

His parents are a young couple of 19 years old, who welcomed with joy and emotion the firstborn who becomes the first birth registered in the country during 2026.
