Macarfi boosts the projection of Dominican gastronomy with its second gala in the country

Santo Domingo. -The international gastronomic platform Macarfi reaffirmed its commitment to Dominican cuisine with the celebration of its second gala in the country, an event that brought together key figures from the culinary, business, and tourism sectors.

During the evening, held at the JW Marriott Hotel Santo Domingo, the Macarfi Dominican Republic 2026 Guide was officially presented, highlighting the best-rated restaurants in six provinces: Santo Domingo, Santiago, La Altagracia, La Vega, Puerto Plata, and Samaná. The initiative recognizes the so-called "Top 10" of each demarcation, thus consolidating the country's positioning as a growing gastronomic destination with international projection.
