According to the complainants, the deaths would have occurred due to contact with unprotected cables or mishandling of current in humid areas of the terrain. So far, no official statement has been issued by the competent authorities or the Ministry of Labor. The community demands an immediate investigation by the Directorate of Safety and Health at Work, as well as sanctions for those responsible for the construction, in the face of what they consider a serious negligence that puts human lives at risk, mainly of migrant workers in a vulnerable situation.
