Higüey, La Altagracia. – A judge ordered three months of preventive detention as a coercive measure against José Laureano Severino, identified as the driver responsible for a traffic accident that left several fatalities in Higüey.
According to expert reports, Severino was driving under the influence at the time of the accident, which aggravated the consequences of the crash.
