São Paulo.- The Senate of Brazil approved this Wednesday the bill that seeks to reduce the sentences of the far-right former president Jair Bolsonaro, sentenced to 27 years in prison, and other participants in the coup conspiracy that occurred after the 2022 elections.
The project, which had been approved last week in the Chamber of Deputies, had 48 votes in favor and 25 against, and will now be sent for presidential sanction.
