CPMR and Provincial Government launch "Safe Christmas 2025" operation

Azua. - The Prevention, Mitigation, and Response Committee (CPMR), along with the Provincial Government, led the launch of the "Safe Christmas 2025" operation, an initiative focused on safety and awareness for life during the festive season. The operation will involve the participation of 157 volunteers, deployed at strategic points in the territory, and will be carried out in three stages:
  • First stage: starts today at 2:00 p.m. and ends on Thursday 26th at 6:00 p.m.
  • Second stage: begins on the 31st at 8:00 a.m. and ends on January 1st at 6:00 p.m.
  • Third stage: of a more reduced nature, on the occasion of Three Kings' Day.
The deployment of the operation will cover from Los Pilones to Villarpando, ensuring presence and attention throughout the established route. During the event, the provincial governor expressed that this operation aims to preserve the lives of our loved ones, while urging the population to act with prudence and responsibility.

The central objective of this meeting was to articulate and present a comprehensive plan that ensures road and citizen safety, as well as social assistance, through the active and coordinated participation of all the institutions that make up the CPMR.
