Gold marks a new historical high and approaches $4,700 an ounce

Madrid.- The price of gold has reached a new historical high this morning, approaching $4,700 per ounce, while silver has also registered a new high by exceeding the price of $94 per ounce. Considered safe havens, in a context of strong geopolitical tensions, and faced with the new tariff war between the U.S. and the EU, following threats from U.S. President Donald Trump to impose new tariffs on Europe for the deployment of troops in Greenland, the price of gold and silver have resumed their upward climb.
