The National District's Permanent Attention Office ordered on Wednesday night the obligation of periodic presentation and the impediment to leave the country as coercive measures against the accused in the Barra Payán case, accused of alleged irregular handling of the income of the renowned sandwich and natural juice establishment.
The provisions were issued against the brothers Marcos Antonio and Juan Ismael Frías García, as well as Dagoberto Cabrera, indicated as the financial manager of the business.
Magistrate Fátima Veloz granted the Public Prosecutor's Office a period of six months to conclude the investigations.
The plaintiffs are siblings of the father of Marcos Antonio and Juan Ismael Frías García. They are Juan Abraham Frías Paulino, Juan Carlos Frías Beltrán, Yeimy Cantalicia Frías Paulino and Juan Santiago Frías Paulino, who also appear as partners of the company.
