One of two men suspected of the young man's death in SDN is arrested

Santo Domingo.- The National Police reported the arrest of one of two alleged perpetrators in the death of a young man whose body was found this Tuesday in a vacant lot in the El Higüero sector, in Santo Domingo Norte. The institution said this Tuesday on its social media that the detainee is "Diego Rivera Jiménez, 25 years old", who is identified as one of the alleged perpetrators of the death of "Luis Rafael Rosario Martich", 20 years old.

Rosario Martich was reported missing by his family and his body was found with a gunshot wound to the head, according to the forensic report issued by the acting medical examiner, the information added. A second defendant, Jeffry Vásquez Disla, 22 years old, is a fugitive. Likewise, a blue cap was collected as evidence at the place where the body was found. The detainee Rivera Jiménez was placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office, while efforts continue to locate and capture the fugitive Vásquez Disla.
