Santo Domingo.- The magistrate Miriam Concepción Germán Brito was incorporated as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (Refidomsa), in a session that marked the first working meeting after the integration of new representatives recommended by the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader.
Along with Germán Brito, Wilson Radhamés Rodríguez and Juan Pablo Rafael Portorreal Ángeles also joined, who will accompany Miguel Ángel de Jesús Vásquez Escoto, already a member of the council, on the governing body.

The meeting was headed by Samuel Pereyra, president of the Refidomsa Board of Directors, and was attended by Magín J. Díaz, Minister of Finance and Economy, representing the state's shares in the company. Pereyra highlighted that the integration of these figures reinforces Refidomsa's institutional framework and consolidates its role in the country's energy security. "With the incorporation of these distinguished professionals, we reaffirm the commitment to work with transparency, efficiency, and a vision for the future," he pointed out.
