According to the economic report presented by its president, Javier Tebas, and corporate director Javier Gómez, the organization projects to exceed
5.7 billion in the current season and approach
6 billion for the 2026-2027 cycle, consolidating its sustained expansion.
Commercial and assistance growth
One of the main drivers of growth was the increase in commercial revenue, which for the third consecutive year exceeded 1 billion euros, reaching 1.584 billion. Likewise, matchday revenue and stadium attendance set historical figures, with more than 17 million spectators.
In the sports field, transfer income also showed a significant increase, standing at
797 million euros, above the 645 million recorded in the previous season.
Leadership in talent development
The report also highlights LaLiga's leadership in the development of young talent, with a market value of youth players estimated at
1.46 billion euros, representing
26.6% of the total, a figure higher than other major European leagues.
Investment and Financial Stability
Net investment amounted to "984 million euros", with an increase mainly allocated to infrastructure and stadium modernization. Meanwhile, net debt stood at "4,794 million", while net equity reached "2,393 million euros".
The directors emphasized that the clubs maintain a financial structure aligned with UEFA regulations, with squad costs below 70%, which supports the sustainability of the model.
Investor Confidence and Warning about the Premier
Tebas highlighted that growth and stability have driven the interest of international investment funds in Spanish football, while warning about potential inflationary risks in other leagues such as the Premier League.
"We are a sustainable league, with financial control and the ability to generate talent. That makes us attractive for investment," said the executive.
However, he warned of a possible "bubble" in English football due to new financial regulations, which could impact the economic balance of European football.
Solid Panorama
With these results, LaLiga reaffirms its position as one of the strongest competitions in the world, supported by commercial growth, talent development, and financial management focused on long-term sustainability.
