Santo Domingo.- The Brisas de las Colinas housing project has sparked considerable interest in the real estate market, registering more than 300 interested clients and securing more than 100 reservations in a single day, which allowed the complete sale of its first stage and the immediate start of the commercialization of the second phase, with an estimated delivery period of 24 months.
This was reported by the president of GHR construction company, Jacinto Howley, during the open house held this Sunday at the development located on the San Isidro highway, in Santo Domingo Este.
Howley highlighted that the public's response has been extremely positive, which is why the project is already in the reservation phase of its second stage, confirming the buyers' confidence in this housing proposal.
The businessman explained that those interested can reserve their unit with an initial payment of US$500, a facility that has attracted both residents in the country and Dominicans in the diaspora.
