Santo Domingo. – With the aim of strengthening the connection between its leaders and activating a more agile organizational culture to respond to the challenges of the environment, Banco Santa Cruz held its 2026 Annual Managers Meeting, a meeting that brought together more than 380 leaders of the organization under the concept “Connection achieved, agility activated.”
The event established itself as a strategic space to share the main achievements of the past year, align the institutional vision, and reinforce the leadership's commitment to the priorities that will guide the organization's growth.
Fausto Pimentel, executive president, shared with the attendees the institution's strategic vision and the main milestones that have marked its evolution, highlighting the role of leadership in connecting strategy with execution and continuing to generate value for customers.
Likewise, Maripily Peralta, Senior Vice President of Employee Experience, highlighted the importance of strengthening the connection between teams and fostering a culture that allows the organization to respond more quickly and effectively to changes in the environment.
From their side, Eduardo Marrero, Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking, and Rafael Jiminian, Executive Vice President of Retail Banking, presented the business outlook and plans for 2026 in the bank's main segments. In addition, the growth opportunities in the business sector and the vision to continue driving customer-centric financial solutions.
