Santo Domingo. – The Fire Department of the National District, with the support of the Mayor's Office of the National District, invited to participate in its traditional Three Kings Day parade that will take place this Monday, January 05, starting at the station on Mella Avenue.
The legendary parade that has been taking place since 1948 will feature the participation of Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar, who will be riding their horses as they travel along the different routes.
In addition, the Firefighters' Band and a group of exhibitors will play and dance along the route, ending with a grand fireworks display and refreshments at the main station.

The Fire Department's superintendent, General José Luis Frómeta Herasme, invited the people of the capital to be part of this joyful tradition that has been passed down through generations, as parents and children gather year after year.
The relief organization specified that the activity will begin at 6:00 in the evening, starting from the headquarters on Mella Avenue.
A map posted on the social media of both institutions indicates that the route starts on Emilio Prud´Homme street, then Mexico Avenue, Juan Pablo Duarte, Arzobispo Meriño street until taking El Conde street and returning to the headquarters.
