Washington D.C. – Dominican merengue singer Jandy Ventura participated in the eighth annual Dominicans On The Hill conference, held at the United States Capitol Visitor Center, a national gathering that honors leadership, service, and excellence within the Dominican-American community.
The celebration, founded and led by Congressman Adriano Espaillat, brought together leaders, public figures, and representatives from various sectors to highlight the impact of the Dominican diaspora on the history and development of the United States.
In this 2026 edition, the event featured a panel specially designed to represent the artistic pillars that define Dominican identity: identity, purpose, influence, and legacy.
