Ricardo Ernst, a global leader in global business, logistics, supply chains, and innovation in emerging markets

Santo Domingo. – The renowned academic and author Dr. Ricardo Ernst, Baratta Chair in global business, professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and executive director of the Latin American Leadership Program, will be one of the speakers at the first edition of E. LEÓN JIMENES SPEAKER SERIES, an event that will take place on November 20th, whose purpose is to bring together leaders and thinkers who are transforming the way we understand innovation, economics and sustainable leadership.

With a career that combines academic research with consulting for global corporations, Dr. Ernst is considered one of the most influential voices in supply chain design and shared value strategies. His work has enabled companies in various industries to understand how to align logistics, manufacturing, and distribution with their strategic objectives, enhancing competitiveness and business resilience.

In addition, Professor Ernst has contributed as author and co-author of various recognized works, such as From Me to We: How Shared Value Can Turn Companies into Engines of Change, Innovation in Emerging Markets and Globalization, Competitiveness, and Governability: The Three Disruptive Forces of Business in the 21st Century. His most recent book is titled: Winning the New Global Business Landscape: Integrating Technology, Infrastructure, Geopolitics and Harnessed Talent.
