Yailin La Más Viral's legal team arrives in Santiago to assist the family of the driver killed after a vehicular incident

Santiago.- A team of four lawyers arranged by urban artist Yailin La Más Viral arrived in Santiago this afternoon to provide legal assistance to the family of Daivy Abreu Quezada, the driver of a garbage truck who lost his life after a conflict over a vehicular incident. The legal representation was confirmed by lawyer Miguel Guerrero, who explained that the team is already working with the family members to follow up on the judicial process and ensure that the case moves forward quickly. Guerrero stated that the intention is to achieve a forceful response from the justice system. "We are here to ensure that criminal responsibility is imposed on all those involved and that pre-trial detention is requested as a coercive measure," he indicated. The lawyer indicated that the artist assumed all the expenses of the legal team transferred from Santo Domingo and that she has maintained contact with the family since the event occurred.

He also confirmed that there is already direct communication with the victim's relatives, including her daughter, as part of the accompaniment amid the investigation. The case has generated widespread shock in Santiago and in the country, especially after the circulation of videos of the incident on social media, which has intensified the demand for justice from the citizenry. It is recalled that Constanza that Daivy Abreu Quezada, a driver of a garbage collection truck, died after being stabbed in the middle of a discussion originated by a vehicular scrape that occurred last Friday on the South Circumvallation Avenue of Santiago.
