Laura Bonnelly states "If I had to do the same things to be the woman she is today, I would do it."

Santo Domingo.- Sports journalist Laura Bonnelly stated this Wednesday that if the personal situation she experienced to become who she is now were to happen again, she would do it again, since after that she has been able to find the courage to move forward.

If I had to go through everything I went through to be the Laura I am today, I would go through it again,” said the communicator after being interviewed on the program La Fórmula Radio, which is broadcast on Top Latina 101.7 FM.

Likewise, Bonnelly pointed out that one of her strongest lessons within all this media buzz was learning not to expose her private life so much.

The biggest lesson I've learned is that you have to take and let go. And that you have to safeguard your personal life more,” he asserted.

It is recalled that last February, Laura Bonnelly was involved in a 'skirt chase', as she was in a relationship with coach Juan Carlos Simó who until that moment, supposedly, was Mariela Guerrero's partner, unleashing a great situation through social media.

This became vitalized after the publications of some photos where Bonnelly and Simó are seen very close and cramped, alleging that it was taken by a capture from their WhatsApp statuses.

Immediately, this situation began to affect Laura at a work level, who was removed from the "Cuéntame Más Podcast" project, and some brands she had distanced themselves. Within this, it was a topic of conversation for several days on many programs, but on the other hand, she received support from those close to her, both in her personal and professional circles.
