Decomposing bodies of an Argentinian and an Italian are found in a tourist complex in Spain

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).- The decomposing bodies of two young people, an Italian man and an Argentinian woman between 24 and 25 years old, were found in a tourist complex in the south of the Atlantic island of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands archipelago, after they alerted about the bad smell coming from one of the apartments.

According to what the newspaper 'El Día' reported and sources from the Police confirmed to EFE this Saturday, the death of these two people was not natural, so the agents are investigating it as a violent death, although this does not mean that violence has been exerted on them.

According to the sources consulted, the agents are working on a couple of hypotheses that will be clarified as the investigations progress and the causes of the death of the two young people, he of Italian origin and she a resident of the island but of Argentinian origin, are known.

Both corpses are at the Institute of Legal Medicine of Tenerife, where they are undergoing autopsy.

The discovery of the bodies took place this Friday afternoon, when the users of a tourist complex alerted about the bad smell coming from one of the apartments of the enclosure, so the authorities were notified, who, upon arriving at the place and entering the space, found the two corpses in an advanced state of decomposition.
