During the ceremony, Mayor Carolina Mejía congratulated the graduates for investing in their personal and professional development, highlighting the importance of continuing their education to transform their lives and contribute to the country.

“Today we are not only celebrating a graduation, we are celebrating a promise fulfilled. The promise that dreams do not depend on where we are born, but on the path we choose to take”, he stated.

Since its opening in October 2024, the Futuro Center has graduated 745 young people, directly impacting sectors such as Cristo Rey and surrounding communities. "That means that, on average, three young people graduate every day better prepared, stronger, and ready to contribute," added Mejía. Lori Bajorek, president of the National Esports Association of the United States, also participated in the event, noted for integrating esports into the educational field as an innovative learning tool.
